ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective: April 28, 2026

FlashAI (operated at https://flashai.pro) is an AI-powered product photographytool for marketplace sellers. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what content and use cases are allowed on the Service. By creating an account or making a payment you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account, refusal of refunds, removal of generated content, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

1. Intended use
FlashAI is intended for the generation of commercial product photography, packshots, marketplace listing imagery, lifestyle product scenes and short promotional videos of physical products the User legitimately sells or promotes. Examples of permitted uses: cosmetics and skincare packaging, apparel on a mannequin or flat-lay, accessories, electronics, food and beverages, furniture, decor, household goods.

2. Prohibited content — explicit ban
The following content is strictly prohibited on the Service. Generating, uploading, requesting, transmitting or storing such content is a material breach of this AUP and the Terms of Service:
• Face generation, face manipulation, face swap or any photorealistic depiction of a real or fictional human face as the primary subject of an image or video;
• Deepfakes and any imagery designed to impersonate, defame, harass or sexualise an identifiable real person;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind, including imagery implying or depicting sexual content involving real, recognisable people;
• NSFW, sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, nudity, fetish content;
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualised depiction of minors — strictly prohibited under all circumstances;
• Biometric processing of human faces, fingerprints, iris or any other biometric identifier;
• Generation or processing of people-only photoshoots where the primary subject is a human (rather than a product the human is incidentally wearing or holding).

3. Other prohibited uses
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, incitement to violence;
• Content that infringes intellectual-property rights of third parties (logos, trademarks, copyrighted designs, brand assets) without authorisation;
• Counterfeit, fraudulent or misleading product representations;
• Generation of identification documents, currency, securities, license plates or any document intended to deceive;
• Promotion of illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances, gambling without proper licensing, or any activity prohibited by applicable law;
• Malware, phishing assets, or content intended to compromise security;
• Mass-generation, scraping, reselling raw outputs as a generative-AI API or otherwise circumventing usage limits;
• Any attempt to bypass safety filters, jailbreak the system or extract its underlying models.

4. Marketplace compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring that generated assets comply with the rules of the marketplace where they will be published (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Wildberries, Ozon, etc.), including requirements for image quality, background, accuracy of product representation and disclosure of AI-generated content where required.

5. Rights and ownership
You may only upload reference imagery for which you have all necessary rights and consents. By uploading content you confirm that you own it, are licensed to use it, or it is in the public domain.

6. Enforcement
FlashAI may at its discretion: remove or refuse to generate content; suspend or terminate accounts; refuse refunds for purchases used in violation of this AUP; preserve and disclose information to comply with law-enforcement requests. We use a combination of automated filters and human review to enforce this AUP.

7. Reporting abuse
If you believe content on the Service violates this AUP or your rights, please report it tosupport@flashai.prowith the subject line "AUP report" and include URLs or generation IDs and a short description.

8. Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Effective" date above.
