REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective: April 28, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") describes how subscriptions, one-time credit purchases and refunds are handled on the FlashAI platform operated athttps://flashai.pro(the "Service"). This Policy is part of and incorporates by reference the Terms of Service.

1. What you are paying for
FlashAI offers two types of paid access:
(a) Subscriptions — recurring monthly plans that grant a fixed number of generation credits and the right to use the platform for the paid period;
(b) One-time credit packs — non-recurring purchases that add generation credits to your account.
Credits are an internal account unit used to pay for AI generations and are not money, e-money, cryptocurrency or a security. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value outside the Service.

2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Two cancellation channels are always available:
• Self-service: open your profile in the application, go to "Subscription" and toggle the cancellation switch.
• Email: send a request from the email address registered on your account tosupport@flashai.prowith the subject line "Cancel Subscription".
After cancellation no further charges will be made. Paid access remains active until the end of the period that has already been paid for, after which the account is moved back to the free tier.

3. Refunds for subscriptions
You may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the most recent successful charge, provided that no more than 20% of the credits included in the current billing period have been used. Refunds are calculated on a prorated basis: Subscription Price ÷ 30 × number of unused days remaining in the current period.
If more than 20% of the included credits have already been used, or more than 7 days have passed since the charge, the subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period and a refund cannot be granted for that period.

4. Refunds for one-time credit packs
One-time credit packs may be refunded within 7 (seven) calendar days from purchase only if no credits from the pack have been used. Once any portion of the pack has been spent, the pack is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund.

5. Free credits and bonuses
Credits granted as a sign-up bonus, referral reward or promotional gift are non-refundable and have no monetary value. Cancellation of a subscription does not refund such credits.

6. How to request a refund
Send an email from the address registered on your account tosupport@flashai.prowith the subject line "Refund request" and include:
• the email address of the account;
• the date and amount of the payment;
• a brief description of the reason.
We respond to all refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on the payment provider's processing time.

7. Chargebacks
We strongly prefer that you contact support@flashai.pro before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues directly and quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to suspension of the account.

8. Service interruptions
Short, occasional service interruptions and minor quality variations inherent to AI generation are not grounds for a refund. If a paid generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the corresponding credits are automatically returned to your balance.
